I'm here to make your journey into real estate both educational and financially rewarding. My ideal client is someone who envisions their home as an integral part of their long-term financial strategy. Rather than just advising, my passion lies in educating and empowering individuals to grasp the principles and strategies that shape the world of real estate.

In January 2021, as soon as I met the loan requirements I needed, I purchased my first home in East Walnut Hills. Since then, I've witnessed my modest condo steadily gain equity. Looking ahead, my goal is to transition my condo into a rental, acquire a larger house, and venture into home flipping within the next decade.

Numbers are my forte— analyzing current values, running ROIs for investment properties, and employing creative solutions to reduce clients' monthly payments.
