• The property you lease from us will be clean and in good condition.
  
• We will provide a move in inspection form for completion upon your move-in. This protects you from being held responsible for any pre-existing conditions.
  
• You have the option of mailing your rent or using our website for payment options such as credit card or auto draft.
  
• You will be able to request maintenance either online at our website or via fax. Maintenance requests are required to be in writing.
  
• We will do our best to service your maintenance requests within 24 hours.
  
• Upon relocation, we will provide a move out form and will treat you fairly when returning your security deposit and we will provide an accurate reference on your tenancy to future landlords or mortgage companies.
